Psychology
At Mighty Health our psychologists work within an evidence-based, client-centred framework to enhance the emotional and psychological health outcomes of patients. We provide psychological information, assessment, formulation, reports, treatment and prevention as individual practitioners as well as part of multidisciplinary teams.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists are experts in movement and function and use this knowledge to assess, treat and manage patients’ physical problems to enable them to achieve optimal health and wellbeing. At Mighty Health our physiotherapy team works in partnership with our patients to prevent and treat disease and disability.
Occupational Therapy
At Mighty Health our Occupational Therapists help patients manage various physical and mental health limitations caused by illness or injury. Occupational Therapists use therapeutic activities to assist patients in achieving maximum functional performance, both physically and psychologically. Our team is also involved in research to provide best practices for patients.
Speech Pathology
Speech pathologists treat people with communication and swallowing difficulties. We work with the other members of your medical team to provide care whilst in hospital or when you are home.
The Speech Pathology department provides assessment, diagnosis and management of speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders to inpatients from all units in the Hospital as well as several outpatient services.
